DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS: Kelly manages all systems and marketing to make sure our clients are receiving the very best. Kelly’s degree in Architecture, empowers her to be extremely diligent and exact, as she oversees all marketing, client needs and all processes to assist clients in a smooth selling process. REGINALD REGLUS

LISTING SPECIALIST:  Since starting in real estate sales over 12 years ago, Reginald D. Reglus has successfully helped his clients navigate the difficult world of real estate to successfully buy and sell properties. Mr. Reglus brings an exceptional amount of skill, finesse and know-how to his transactions while never neglecting the importance of truly caring for his clients needs and looking out for their best interest. He constantly uses creative solutions and tough fair-minded negotiations to secure the best outcomes for his clients. Prior to pursuing his business in real estate sales, Mr. Reglus founded and ran his own company Reglus Enterprises, LLC, a computer consulting and training firm based in New York City. Mr. Reglus successfully served both individual consumers and large firms such as JP Morgan Chase and TD Securities. Mr. Reglus brings this entrepreneurial spirit to bear for his clients by using outside the box thinking and actions to get his clients properties sold. Mr. Reglus holds a BA, in Physics and Economics from Bowdoin College and an MBA in entrepreneurial management from the famed Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.Mr. Reglus uses his knowledge of finance, negotiations and business along with his caring, attentive and persistent approach to business to serve his clients’ best interests and get results

 

 

LAINA WIEGAND

LISTING SPECIALIST:  Laina Perpente has been a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Real Estate and she began her career several years ago. Directly, after obtaining her license, she joined Keller Williams. In the short time she spent at KW, she closed 45 transactions! She is very passionate about Real Estate and helping her clients achieve their sale. She has the ability to set clients at ease through the process and be their advocate and a fierce negotiator. Joining The Peter Hewitt Team is an opportunity to take her skills, passion and business to the next level. The Team has the reputation of working with a high level of integrity and always doing the absolute best for their clients. This reputation goes hand in hand with Laina’s beliefs. Working together will help produce the results that Laina and the Team desires which will obtain goals quicker. Laina lives in Center Valley with her two wonderful teenage girls ages 13 & 16 and her boyfriend, Steve. Prior to Real Estate, Laina worked as a Restaurant Manager in different concepts throughout the industry and has trained and overseen over one hundred employees. She was the District Training Manager in two different concepts and has always been very motivated by a team atmosphere believing that you accomplish more as a team.

NATALIE MARASCO

BUYER SPECIALIST: Natalie’s business background and critical thinking skills combined with her ability to multitask, calm demeanor, and market knowledge, make her the right partner to bring to the negotiation table with you. With attentive and superior communication skills, Natalie has the aptitude needed to coordinate the various players involved and ensure a successful transaction for your next home. Natalie earned a BA in International Studies from Stephens College, the second oldest woman’s college in the United States. Followed by a MA in Art History with a specialization in European Modernism in DC, while studying under leading historians, Natalie has always had an incredible focus on being as thorough as possible, which she utilizes throughout the sales process for all of her clients. She became Operations Manager and Chief Registrar, serving major art institutions like the Smithsonian and LACMA, as well as private collectors. With her move to Bucks County, Natalie transitioned into the advancement field, professionally fundraising for non-profits as a Development Director, always with a focus on how to help others, that transitioned into a successful career into Real Estate. In any business, especially real estate, reputation is everything. Natalie practices the highest ethical standards and believes in integrity.
